Dispatch methods

If there are no other details mentioned with an article we are going to dispatch your order after receipt of your payment within 2 to 4 working days either by standard-letter- or -parcelpost to you.

Overseas customers. Unfortunately we can no longer handle your orders on-line. Please let us know your wishes, we then are going to calculate the postage charges and let you know the total amount by email. After receipt of your full payment, we are going to send you the shipment immediately!

Postage Charges for delivery within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein: CHF 9.00:

Postage Charges for delivery within other Postal European Countries:

Delivery to other Postal European Countries: CHF 25.00 per shipment (your total one order)

Postage to Overseas Countries: 

Delivery outside Europe to all other Overseas Countries can only be arranged by letting know us your exact wishes by email. We will calculate the postage as per different shipping systems and let you know the related price. After receipt of your full pre-payment, we are going to dispatch your shipment.


Right of Withdrawal

Orders are only accepted with same-time-payment!

Your order is only valid by law after receipt of full, correct payment.
We guarantee the dispach of the ordered goods within the mentioned time-frame after receipt of the full payment. 
Should we have a stock-problem, we will contact you immediately by email and ask you for an extension of the dispatch date or another way to solve the problem in peace. You may also ask to get a refund of the full amount you paid or to get a receipt of a creditnote for a different order at a later date.
We will not offer any kind of refund for administrative fees.

In general, we check the goods in advance of dispatch and guarantee a appropriate packing.

Without any agreed order for both sides, we do not insure the goods specially for transportation.
You have mention outside damages of parcels upon arrival to the person of delivery and to declare a reservation in written.
Should the contents of a parcel be damaged or should the quality of the contents not be according your expectations, then you should contact us immediately, within 3 days of arrvial at latest. We then will discuss with you how to solve the problem. 
If you return goods to us, you to bear the costs for returning the goods and we will bear the charges for the replacement shipment. The replacement will only being dispatched after arrival of the bad goods at our offices.


Guarantee / Repair

Defektive appliances (such as airband-receivers), which we delivered with a time of guarantee of  2 years, should be reported to us either by phone, letter, email or personally by visiting our street-shop buchAIRcenter, Schaffhauserstr. 76, CH-8152 Glattbrugg. We will then discuss how to solve the problem within a given time. The costs for postage and repair will be beared by us.
We will not refund any replacement costs during the down-time of the defective appliance. 
In many cases we offer a replacement appliance at low costs during the time of repair.

Unappropriate handling or disregard of the instruction manual may cause damages to those appliance. Neither we, Bucher & Co., Publikationen, CH-8152 Glattbrugg, Switherland, nor the manufacturer is liable in such cases!

Appliances, which are defective after the given guarantee-time, may be repaired by the manufacturer or his represent or us. Should you wish, you may ask for a estimate of costs and time to repair and then decide, if you accept it or if you rather would like to get an offer from us for a new appliance.
